The conduct of the first Flag Raising Ceremony at Barangay Oquendo Poblacion marked a significant step toward strengthening unity, discipline, and public service among local stakeholders. The activity was successfully held with the active participation of Brgy. Council, SK Council, Oquendo Primary HealthCare Facility, PNP, CDRRMO, BFP, Public Library, CSWDO, Watchman, Community Program Coordinator, BHW and BNS demonstrating a shared commitment to community development and good governance.
The event also served as a platform to reinforce collaboration among offices, promote awareness of ongoing programs, and encourage collective responsibility in addressing community concerns. Messages delivered during the ceremony highlighted the importance of unity, integrity, fostering patriotism and active participation in achieving the barangay’s goals.
