Under – The Calbayognon Convergence, we proudly launch the Outstanding Young Professionals of Calbayog (OYPC) 2026 — a prestigious recognition honoring exemplary young Calbayognons who demonstrate excellence, leadership, integrity, and meaningful impact in their respective professions.

Five (5) Outstanding Young Professionals will be selected for the Inaugural Year 2026.

✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, the nominee must:

• Be a natural-born or bona fide Calbayognon (by birth, parentage, or strong affiliation)
• Be 25 to 45 years old at the time of nomination
• Have at least three (3) years of professional experience
• Demonstrate notable achievements in their chosen field
• Possess good moral character
• Have no pending criminal case or conviction involving moral turpitude
• Not be part of the Organizing Committee or Board of Judges

REQUIREMENTS FOR NOMINATION

Submit the following:

• Completed Nomination Form
• Curriculum Vitae
• Government-issued ID
• Proof of Calbayog affiliation
• 2x2 or formal portrait photo
• 300–500-word Impact Statement
• Supporting documents (awards, certifications, media features, etc.)

📅 Nomination Period: February 20 – May 31, 2026
📂 Screening & Evaluation: June – August 2026
🏅 Awarding Ceremony: September 13, 2026
