Samar Scholars' Association - SarSa SarSa aims to actively advocate the increasing meaningful participation and representation of young people in the government.

SarSa aims to inform, support, and train Filipino youthleaders in the pursuit of sustainable development practices as stated in the Millennium Development Goals and generally for the development of the Filipino youth,through cross-cultural and intergenerational partnerships as well as strategic initiatives.
