The Municipality of Calinog Employees Association ( MCEA ) had its 4th General Assembly last November 16 , 2024 at Temporary Municipal Building .Mayor Francisco Ico Calvo and Vice Mayor Anthony Andrew Gustilo had made their time available just to be present at the said General Assembly .
Ammendments of the existing Constitution and By Laws of the association takes place and presentation of various reports in the morning . Election of Officers was also conducted by appointed Committee on Election headed by Wilfredo O. Aviador Jr -Mun. Treasurer , Ana Lerio B. Caspillo - SB Secretary and Gretchel Joy C. Mabalot - Human Resource Officer as member.
In the afternoon session , the office of Municipal Welfare and Development spearheaded by their newly installed Department Head Merly Delfin conducted a lecture on Personality Development Training with Mr. Jovie Caballero of West Visayas State University Calinog as speaker.
Gift packs were given to each and every member and a surprise paraffle from MCEA Officers and Board of Trustees also takes place.
