NPD Intensified Operations Result in Arrest of Five Wanted Persons; TMWP, MWP Apprehended for Sexual and Drug-Related Cases
The District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), PBGEN BENLINER L CAPILI, announced the successful arrest of five (5) wanted persons during a “Warrant Day” operation conducted by NPD units and police stations. Those arrested included one (1) Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP), one (1) Most Wanted Person (MWP), and three (3) Other Wanted Person (OWPs).
Top Most Wanted Person Arrested:
NAVOTAS CITY — Police operatives arrested a 19-year-old male, unemployed, and a resident of Barangay NBBS Dagat-Dagatan, Navotas City, who was wanted for multiple sexual offense cases during a manhunt operation on October 3, 2026.
The accused was apprehended at around 12:00 PM along M. Naval Street, Navotas City, through a joint operation conducted by personnel of the District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) and the Warrant Section of Navotas City Police Station, with support from intelligence personnel. The arrest was made by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by the Family Court, Branch 9, Navotas City, in connection with cases involving Statutory R**e, Sexual Assault, and two counts of Acts of Lasciviousness.
Following his arrest, the accused will be turned over to the Northern Police District .Custodial Facility for proper disposition. The return of the Warrant of Arrest is being prepared for submission to the issuing court to formally notify the court that the warrant has been served.
Most Wanted Person Arrested:
Police operatives served a Warrant of Arrest against a 49-year-old male, tricycle driver, and resident of Barangay San Miguel, San Simon, Pampanga, who was wanted for two counts of violation of Section 12, Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The warrant was served at around 1:20 PM on October 3, 2026, inside the Male Dormitory of the Pampanga Provincial Jail in Barangay Sto. Niño, San Fernando, Pampanga. Personnel of the Northern Police District District Anti-Carnapping Unit, in coordination with the San Simon Municipal Police Station, carried out the operation that resulted in the service of the warrant. The accused is facing two criminal cases before the Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 54, Macabebe, Pampanga. During the service of the warrant, the accused was informed of the nature of the cases and his constitutional rights in a language known to and understood by him. He opted to remain silent.
The accused remains in the custody of the Pampanga Provincial Jail, where the warrant was served. The return of the Warrant of Arrest is being prepared for submission to the issuing court to formally notify the court that the warrant has been duly served.
