Born on January 11, 1961 in the city of Caloocan of parents the former Caloocan City mayor MARCIAL F. A third termer councilor in District 2, he holds the chairmanship of the Committee on Finance and Appropriations which is responsible on all matters relating to funds for expenditures of the Caloocan City government and the lead committee in the annual review of all Barangay Budgets in Caloocan be

fore its recommendation for adoption and approval of the City Council. Likewise, the chairman of the committee on Ethics and Discipline and Committee on Trade Commerce and Industry. An active member of the Caloocan City Council, a member of Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Caloocan City Chapter and active member of the ROTARY CLUB INTERNATIONAL ( Metro West, Quezon City). As the Vice Chairman of the NPD Advisory Council, he had consistently participated in its programs and activities.
