Sa pagdiriwang natin ng 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆, paalala ito na ang kabataan ay hindi lang basta palamuti o pangalan –ito ay may tunay na kahulugan kapag nagkaisa at nagsalita.

Sabi nga ni Jose Rizal, "Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan". Pamilyar man pakinggan sa paulit-ulit na pagbanggit, isa itong paalala na may pag-asa pa rin kung ang mga kabataan ay mulat, matapang, at may paninindigan para sa katotohanan.

Kaya sa selebrasyon na ito, maging isa sana itong daan para sa pagbabago kung ang kabataan man ay siyang pag-asa ng bayan.

🤩 𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜 | 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 18, 2026, 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 - 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝘀, 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻, 𝗟𝗲𝘆𝘁𝗲 ✨🏫

🔵 The first session was the Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly, which is the vital part of the program and was attended by the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Agas (ages 15-30 yrs. old). The said session is the discussion of the importance of the assembly and why the youth needs to attend - to raise their concerns and questions, and it's their time to speak up, as stated by the SK Council of Agas. Otherwise, the Council presented the General Budget for Calendar Year 2026 and the allocation of the Supplemental Budget for developmental and sustainable programs for the youth of Agas. Further, SK Agas discussed the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP), as well as the use of funds for the procurement of the current administration, for transparency and accountable governance. Moreover, the Calendar Year of Activities and the upcoming programs of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Agas for the development and empowerment of the youth are also discussed. 🗨✨

In addition, the second session was the distribution of educational assistance specifically for K-12 (including day-care), College and Vocational School students, and Batch 2026 graduates. SK Agas distributed the stationery for the students in Day-Care, Elementary, and High School - as supported by the Council towards the education of every student of Agas. Also, the said distribution of educational assistance - the grantees of cash stipend of SK Agas are all College students, Vocational School (TESDA) students, and Batch 2026 graduates- received financial compensation in the amount of ₱1,000 as help in their educational expenses and the new journey that they take. 📚💸

This initiative is anchored on the Sustainable Development Goals and programs that have an impact - especially towards the youth empowerment and quality education of all students of Agas. 🏫🫶

📣 𝗔𝗡𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗬𝗢 | Good day! The Sangguniang Kabataan are thrilled to announce the Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly and Distribution of Educational Assistance in all educational level.

All 15-30 yrs. old of age (not limited to 15-30 yrs. old) are mandated to attend the KK Assembly - for the awareness of the General Budget of the Calendar Year 2026 (allocation of budget), the expenditure and disbursement of funds, presentation of the Accomplishment and Financial Report for transparency and accountability, presentation of upcoming youth development programs and projects. ✨🤩

Moreover, SK Agas are giving free school supplies distribution for the learners from K to 12 learnes (including pre school/daycare) to help them with their lessons. Cash Assistance for College students and Vocational School (TESDA) students of Agas are given them a financial compensation for their necessities as the shool year started. 📚🎉

Likewise, the fresh graduates of Batch 2026 are also given a chance to receive the stipend - to reward them for the success that they brought in our community, and support them for the new journey that they take. 🎓🎉
