No new appointments, promotions, or salary increases in national or local government without prior COMELEC authorization.

Prohibition on transferring civil service employees, including public school teachers, without COMELEC approval.

𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝘽𝙖𝙣 (𝙊𝙘𝙩 03 – 𝙉𝙤𝙫 09, 2026)

Preventive or penalty suspensions of provincial, city, municipal, or barangay elective officials are strictly prohibited.

Provincial, city, and municipal treasurers and their assistants are restricted from leave of absence, transfer, or reassignment.

The sale, furnishing, offering, buying, or serving of intoxicating liquor is strictly prohibited on Election Eve and Election Day.
