Barangay Visitation and Police Presence

On September 1, 2026, personnel of Candaba MPS under the supervision of PLTCOL JAN CARL N GOPEZ, OIC, conducted Barangay Visitation and Police presence thru motorcyle patrolling and mobile patrolling withon AOR of Candaba, Pampanga.

This activity aims to heighten security visibility and deter potential criminality across local communities. By maintaining an active presence on the ground, law enforcement officers foster stronger ties and open communication with barangay residents and local leaders.

LOOK! PRO3 IN ACTION!
Pandi, Bulacan— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of Bulacan 2nd PMFC (lead unit) successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on August 30, 2026. The targeted operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives, facilitated the Mass Withdrawal Support of the 21 former members (All Non-PSR Listed) of Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (KADAMAY).

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

This success highlights the effective collaboration within the Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and the unwavering commitment of our police force to encourage rebels to return to the fold of the law.

We remain dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our communities through community-based engagement and strategic peace initiatives.

On August 30, 2026 at about 9:25 AM onwards, personnel of Candaba MPS, under the supervision of PLTCOL JAN CARL N GOPEZ, OIC, attended Sunday Mass at Señor Salvador Parish Church, Brgy. Salapungan, Candaba, Pampanga, to strengthen community relations, promote peace and order, and ensure police visibility during religious gatherings. The activity was initiated by the local police unit in coordination with church officials, and it aimed to foster a closer partnership between the PNP and the faith community in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
