The Senior High School Library proudly looks back on the successful Pinoy Word Hunt Activity, held throughout August 2026.

The activity provided Senior High School students with a meaningful and interactive opportunity to discover Filipino words, enrich their vocabulary, and deepen their appreciation of the Filipino language. Through this simple yet engaging library initiative, students were encouraged to make learning more enjoyable while recognizing the significance of language as an essential part of our identity and cultural heritage.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all the Senior High School students who participated in the activity. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and active involvement contributed to making Pinoy Word Hunt a memorable and meaningful celebration of Wikang Filipino.

More than an activity, Pinoy Word Hunt reflects the library’s continuing commitment to creating student-centered learning experiences that promote literacy, cultural awareness, participation, and lifelong learning.

2. Take a creative selfie with your book inside the library.
3. Write one sentence about why others should read it.
4. Submit your entry and let your book recommendation inspire others! 🌟
