Kaugnay ng mga naging sunod-sunod na isyu na nakaapekto sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS), at upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na pagbibigay ng serbisyo at mabigyan ang publiko ng sapat na pagkakataong makapagproseso ng kanilang mga transaksyon nang walang karagdagang bayarin, ipinatutupad ang Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-5271.

Pinalalawig hanggang sa susunod na abiso ang bisa ng mga sumusunod na mag-e-expire simula Hulyo 1, 2026:

• Motor Vehicle Registration
• Driver's License
• Conductor's License
• Student Permit
• Medical Certificate

Walang sisingiling late fees o penalties para sa lahat ng renewal na sakop ng nasabing extension habang epektibo ang Memorandum Circular.

The LTO Candelaria Extension Office successfully conducted the Second Batch of the TODA RESCUE Program on July 23, 2026, equipping tricycle drivers with vital knowledge and hands-on skills in emergency response, road safety, and public service. This initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Municipal Government of Candelaria, headed by Mayor George "Ogie" Suayan, together with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and its dedicated emergency response team.

Spearheaded under the leadership of Regional Director Elmer J. Decena, the program highlights the agency's continuing commitment to promoting road safety and strengthening the preparedness of transport communities. Through a combination of lectures and practical demonstrations, participants enhanced their capability to respond effectively to road emergencies and assist the public when needed.

The LTO Candelaria Extension Office headed by Chief Agnes L. Manalo, sincerely thanks all participating TODA members, the Municipal Government of Candelaria, and the Candelaria MDRRMO for their invaluable support and cooperation in making this activity a meaningful and successful undertaking. Together, we continue to foster safer roads and a more resilient community.

Nais ipabatid ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) CALABARZON na nagpapatuloy pa rin ang maintenance activity ng online system ng ahensya at nangangailangan pa ng karagdagang troubleshooting upang matiyak ang ganap nitong kaayusan.

Dahil dito, pansamantalang hindi magagamit ang online services ng LTO sa lahat ng tanggapan sa CALABARZON.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng kliyente na huwag munang magsagawa ng anumang transaction upang maiwasan ang mga posibleng aberya, kabilang ang hindi kumpletong pagproseso ng transaksyon at ang hindi pagkakatugma sa mga rekord gaya ng Official Receipt at iba pang kaugnay na dokumento.

Maglalabas ang LTO ng panibagong abiso sa oras na maibalik ang normal na operasyon ng sistema.

LTO Candelaria Empowers Tiaong TODA Members with Emergency Rescue Training

Tiaong, Quezon – In line with directives from Department of Transportation Acting Secretary Atty. Giovanni Z. Lopez and LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) continues to expand its TODA Rescue Program across the CALABARZON region. Spearheaded by Regional Director Elmer J. Decena, this initiative is designed to equip Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) members with the necessary skills to act efficiently during emergency situations and road accidents.

Today, June 13, 2026, the LTO Candelaria Extension Office, guided by Chief of Office Agnes L. Manalo, successfully conducted the training seminar at the Tiaong MDRRMO Office. The collaborative effort was executed alongside the Tiaong Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and the Tricycle Franchising and Regulatory Office (TFRO), highlighting a shared commitment to boosting community-based emergency preparedness.

A total of 35 TODA participants completed the course, mastering essential rescue methods, incident management protocols, and road safety procedures to serve as vital first responders in their local neighborhoods. This successful rollout underscores the LTO's ongoing mission to champion road safety, educate the public, and involve transport groups in building safer roadways for everyone.

Ngayong Araw ng Kagitingan, ating gunitain ang hindi matatawarang tapang at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani sa Bataan at Corregidor. Ang kanilang alay na dugo at pawis ang nagsilbing pundasyon ng ating kalayaan. Isang pagsaludo sa mga beterano at sa lahat ng mga bagong bayani ng ating henerasyon!

Pinapaalalahanan ang lahat na ang mga tanggapan ng LTO CALABARZON ay sarado bilang pagtalima sa pagdiriwang ng nasabing araw.
