Validation for BARCO Road Clearing | April 15, 2025

The Barangay Road Clearing Operations (BARCO) validation was successfully conducted today, April 15, 2025, at Patpata Segundo, Candon City, Ilocos Sur. The activity was led by DILG CLGOO Chairman Manny Dumagpi, with the presence and support of representatives from PNP Candon City, BFP Candon, Puso ng Kababaihan, and the City Mayorโ€™s Office.

Also in attendance were the dedicated Barangay Officials of Patpata Segundo, headed by Brgy. Captain Junar T. Valdez, working together to ensure safe, accessible, and obstruction-free roads for the community.
