BIKE RACE 2026 โ€“ OFFICIAL GUIDELINES
Barangay Calaoa-an, Candon City
May 7, 2026

Registration Fee: โ‚ฑ200.00 per participant

GENERAL RULES:

The race is open to all cyclists who are physically fit and capable of completing the race.

All participants must register and pay the โ‚ฑ200 registration fee before the race day.

Participants must present a valid ID upon registration.

Minors (below 18 years old) must submit a signed parental consent.

RACE PROPER:
5. Assembly time is 7:00 am at Barangay Calaoa-an Covered Court.
6. The race will start at exactly 10:00 am. Late participants will not be accommodated
7. All riders must follow the designated race route and checkpoints.
8. Participants must wear proper cycling attire and safety gear, especially helmets (strictly required).
9. Any form of cheating, shortcutting, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification.
10. Participants must obey traffic rules and follow the instructions of race marshals.

BIKE & SAFETY:
11. All bicycles must be in good working condition prior to the race.
12. The use of motorized assistance or illegal modifications is strictly prohibited.
13. Organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the event.

AWARDS & PRIZES:
14. Winners will be determined based on the fastest time to complete the race.
15. Prizes will be awarded to the Top Finishers (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and others if applicable).

OTHER PROVISIONS:
16.Registration fee is non-refundable.
17. The decision of the Board of Judges and organizers is final and irrevocable.
18. By joining the race, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations.
