The preliminary interview for the Ten Outstanding Students of Candoni (TOSCAN) applicants officially happened today at the Municipal Legislative Session Hall.

​The screening panel was anchored by Benjie M. Orot, MPA, the Candoni Sangguniang Bayan Secretary and Co-founder of TOSCAN, who acted as the regular resident interviewer. He was joined by distinguished professionals Atty. Racel M. Gregas (Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan of Cauayan) and Pilipinas Ma. D. Jareño, Ph.D. (Director for Curriculum Planning & Development at CPSU). Their combined expertise ensures a holistic and fair selection process for the aspiring students.

​Following the interviews, the team paid a courtesy call to Mayor Engr. Ray R. Ruiz to discuss the program's progress. Mayor Ruiz reiterated his full support for the scholarship program, emphasizing the local government's dedication to academic excellence and youth development.

👔 Dress Code:
All students are strictly required to wear their complete school uniform during the interview.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled interview.

This interview is an important step in the selection process for the Ten Outstanding Students of Candoni.
