The month-long celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary brought the spirit of unity, camaraderie, and excellence to life as local and national government agencies gathered in full force. In a show of solidarity and sportsmanship, the participating offices were grouped into vibrant color teams, each proudly representing their agency's strength, energy, and commitment to public service.
Candoni Fire Station personnel joins the activities, spearheaded by the LGU-Candoni, included basketball, volleyball, badminton, softball, table tennis, and other fun activities designed to foster sportsmanship and strengthen inter-agency collaboration.
The sportsfest became the highlight of the celebration, with participants giving their best in games. Each match was filled with cheers and laughter, as colleagues became teammates, and agencies became allies in the spirit of fun and friendship.
Beyond the competition, the event fostered stronger bonds among employees across agencies, reminding everyone that the essence of public service lies not only in their daily duties but also in building trust, cooperation, and unity. The color teams while divided in games, stood united in one cause, to honor the civil service and its vital role in nation-building.
More than medals and trophies, the true victory was not only the champions but also the collective effort of all teams in making the event a success. The strengthened camaraderie and shared pride of being part of the country's dedicated public service force.
