📍Lecture on GAD Laws, Morning Meeting, LEAP Orientation, and Drug Testing of Clients
The Canlaon City Parole and Probation Office, headed by SPPO Edgar Alan Papas, together with its dedicated staff and Volunteer Probation Assistants (VPAs), successfully conducted a Lecture on Gender and Development (GAD) Laws, Morning Meeting Activity, LEAP Orientation, and Drug Testing of Clients on May 6, 2026, at Brgy. Don E. Villegas, Vallehermoso.
These activities aimed to enhance clients' awareness of gender-responsive laws, provide guidance through LEAP orientation, strengthen engagement through the morning meeting, and promote accountability and a drug-free lifestyle through drug testing. Such initiatives reflect the office's continued commitment to the rehabilitation, development, and successful reintegration of its clients into the community.
The Canlaon City PPO also extends its sincere gratitude to the officials and residents of Brgy. Don E. Villegas, Vallehermoso for the free use of their venue and for their warm support and cooperation, which greatly contributed to the success of this activity.
