Please be informed that the use of Atty. Gamboa’s name and the name of the law office in the circulated “Final Demand Letter” in behalf of Othelo M. Aguiles.

Further, Mr. Othelo M. Aguiles is NOT a client of our law office.

Accordingly, any representation, claim, or communication made using the said letter, including any assertion that it originated from or was authorized by our office, is false and unauthorized.

We are currently verifying the circumstances surrounding the unauthorized use of our name and appropriate action will be taken against those responsible.

The public and all concerned parties are advised to exercise caution and to verify directly with our office any letter, demand, communication, or document purportedly issued under the name of the office.
