The Training Support Group, Training Command, Philippine Army officially kicked off its Inter-Color Sportsfest on 10 March 2026 at the Makabulos Grandstand, Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac.

The spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie ignited as the Training Support Group officially opened its Inter-Color Sportsfest under the leadership of COL LAWRENCE A ANINAG OS (MNSA) PA, Commander, TSG,TRACOM, PA

The opening ceremony marked the beginning of a series of sports activities aimed at strengthening camaraderie, teamwork, and esprit de corps among TSG personnel. Four teams proudly take the field to compete and represent their colors with pride: Yellow, Blue, Green, and Red. Each team brings determination, unity, and the true essence of friendly competition. This event is more than just a contest of strength and skill—it is a celebration of teamwork, discipline, and the strong bond among TSG personnel.

MTC, TRACOM, TSG, PA | Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac

The Marksmanship Training Center, Training Support Group,Training Command, Philippine Army, formally commenced its Unit Capability Enhancement Training (UCET) at PAMTF, Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac.

The activity was attended by MTC personnel under the leadership of COL WILFREDO C MARTIN JR INF (MNSA) PA, with COL LAWRENCE A ANINAG OS (MNSA) PA, Group Commander, TSG, TRACOM, PA, serving as the keynote speaker.

In his message, COL ANINAG emphasized the Center’s firm commitment to strengthening organizational capability and sustaining a culture of excellence within the unit. He underscored that UCET is designed to sharpen both individual and collective competencies, ensuring that every personnel is mission-ready and capable of delivering results aligned with the standards of the Philippine Army. He further highlighted that true capability development goes beyond technical proficiency—it requires discipline, accountability, teamwork, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.

The activity also reinforced the importance of unity of effort, professionalism, and adherence to established doctrines and training standards. Through structured lectures, practical exercises, and collaborative engagements, the UCET aims to enhance operational effectiveness and foster a more cohesive and adaptive organization.

The UCET serves as a vital platform in strengthening professionalism, operational readiness, and the enduring pursuit of excellence in support of the Philippine Army’s mandate.
