On August 7,2026 at about 5:50AM onwards personnel of Capas MPS, led by PCpl Bryan Jade Aero Laxamana, SECTOR 3 Motorcycle Patroller,under the supervision of PLTCOL ALFIE M SALANG,Officer in Charge,Provided Police Visibility/Presence at Cristorey High School of Brgy Cristorey Capas,Tarlac.

This activity aims to preempt any criminal activity, maintain peace and order and ensure public safety and security within the municipality.

As part of its intensified Anti-Criminality Campaign, Capas MPS continuously conducts daily mobile patrolling within the municipality to ensure peace, order, and public safety in the community. The activity aims to increase police visibility, deter criminal activities, and immediately respond to any untoward incidents that may arise within the area of responsibility.
Through regular mobile patrol operations, police personnel are able to monitor suspicious individuals, enforce existing laws and ordinances, and establish a stronger presence in both residential and commercial areas. This proactive approach also strengthens the relationship between the police and the community by promoting public trust, cooperation, and awareness on crime prevention.
Capas MPS remains committed to safeguarding the lives and properties of the public through consistent law enforcement efforts in line with the vision of a safer and more secure community under the program “Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.” # # #

As part of the intensified Anti-Criminality Campaign, personnel of Capas MPS continuously conduct daily FOOT PATROLLING throughout the municipality to ensure peace, order, and public safety.
This activity aims to enhance police visibility, deter criminal activity, and strengthen coordination and trust between the police and the public. Through regular foot and beat patrols in populated areas, business establishments, schools, and barangays, Capas MPS personnel can respond to incidents immediately, monitor suspicious activity, and provide assistance to residents as needed.
Moreover, the conduct of daily foot/beat patrolling promotes discipline, security awareness, and community partnership in maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. Capas MPS remains committed in performing its mandate with dedication and professionalism in line with the vision of a safer and more secure community.

NUEVA ECIJA PPO— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), joint elements of NEPPO 1st PMFC (Lead Unit) Zaragoza MPS, PIU-NEPPO, DMFB-NPD, NCRPO, PNP SAF 2SAB 21st Special Action Company, Gapan CPS, and PIT NE-RIU3, successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on August 4, 2026, in 1st PMFC, 2nd Maneuver Platoon, Brgy. Carmen, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija. The targeted operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives, facilitating the a former member of the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG), particularly the Command of Josifino Corpuz under KLG Sierra Madre (Dismantled), later surrendered one (1) Caliber .38 revolver without serial number with four (4) pcs of live ammunition.Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum. This success highlights the effective collaboration within the Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and the unwavering commitment of our police force to encourage rebels to return to the fold of the law.We remain dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our communities through community-based engagement and strategic peace initiatives.

The activity aims to deter criminal activities, prevent the transport of illegal drugs, loose fi****ms, carnapped vehicles, and other unlawful items, while also strengthening police visibility and public safety awareness. Through strategic checkpoint operations, police personnel are able to monitor suspicious individuals and vehicles, enforce traffic and criminal laws, and immediately respond to possible threats to peace and order.
Daily checkpoints help promote discipline, vigilance, and cooperation among motorists and residents. The initiative also reinforces the Philippine National Police's commitment to maintaining a peaceful, orderly, and crime-free community under the program “Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.”
