𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 | 𝟱𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹

The Province of Davao Oriental proudly invites everyone to join the month-long celebration of the 𝟓𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥, carrying this year's theme:

“𝑫𝒖𝒚𝒐𝒈 𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒐𝒏, 𝑲𝒖𝒔𝒐𝒈 𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐”

This celebration reflects the unwavering spirit of each Oriental Dabawenyos—moving forward together in recovery, resilience, and progress. Through sports competitions, environmental activities, cultural showcases, community gatherings, tourism promotions, and the much-awaited founding anniversary festivities, we celebrate not only our rich history but also our collective journey toward a stronger and more prosperous Davao Oriental.

From June 6 to July 1, let us come together in unity, pride, and service as we honor 59 years of growth, achievements, and shared aspirations for our beloved province.

The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental is honored to announce that we have received an 𝗨𝗻𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 from the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 (𝗖𝗢𝗔) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

𝐵𝑢𝑡 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑒𝑥𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑙𝑦 𝑑𝑜𝑒𝑠 𝑎𝑛 "𝑈𝑛𝑚𝑜𝑑𝑖𝑓𝑖𝑒𝑑 𝑂𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑜𝑛" 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑛?

Simply put, it is the best possible audit result a government agency can receive. It serves as strong, official proof that 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀.

For the everyday Oryental Dabawenyo, this means peace of mind, as it guarantees that every peso of public funds is managed with transparency, accountability, and prudence, ensuring that our resources go exactly where they belong: straight to the welfare, services, and development of our communities.

This achievement is a true testament to our commitment to good governance. We extend our warmest congratulations to Gov.
