Together we can beat and end plastic pollution.

In line with Section 30 of Resolution No. 11086 (Implementing Rules of the Fair Election Act- RA 9006), all candidates are required to remove their campaign materials within 5 days after May 12, 2025, election.

The Local Government Unit of Caraga, under the Office of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources (MENR) headed by Ms. Annabel Mabanding, conducted a tree-growing activity at Sitio Dangilas, Brgy. PM Sobrecarey, Caraga, Davao Oriental. The event was held in partnership with the PNP-RPSB CARAGA team leader PCMS Clyde Piamonte, and the faculty and students of Bantay Integrated School.

Mission Accomplished!!!

The Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) conducts quarterly clean-up drive from Activity Center (Village), Lacuban going to Sitio Papag and Coastal Area of Barangay San Jose together with Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Lambda and PI ALPHA UPSILON SIGMA ( AURGONZ).

This aims to promote and maintain a healthy environment and a garbage free-ocean.

The mystery creature is none other than the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞! 🦅✨

The Philippine eagle (𝘗𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘨𝘢 𝘫𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘪) is among the rarest and largest forest raptors, boasting a wingspan of up to 7 feet, a shaggy crest and piercing blue eyes. Known for its strength, it effortlessly snatches prey and soars to its nests high in the forest canopy. With vision eight times sharper than humans, it spots prey from incredible distances.

These eagles are known for their lifelong monogamous bonds and joint care for their young. As top predators, Philippine eagles play a crucial role in ecosystem balance.
