Wika at Kasaysayan, Pinagyaman sa Makabayang Pagdiriwang ng TNHS

TAGAYTAY, Can-asujan, Carcar City, Cebu — Tradisyunal na kasuotang Pilipino ang naging tampok sa pagbubukas ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Kasaysayan at Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026 sa Tagaytay National High School ngayong Agosto 3.

Nakiisa ang mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani ng paaralan sa taunang pagdiriwang na naglalayong palalimin ang pagpapahalaga sa kasaysayan, kultura, at wikang Filipino bilang mahahalagang bahagi ng pambansang pagkakakilanlan.

Bilang bahagi ng programa, buong pagmamalaking isinuot ng mga mag-aaral ang iba't ibang tradisyunal na kasuotang Pilipino bilang pagsasabuhay ng mayamang pamana at kulturang humubog sa bansa.

Itinampok din sa pagdiriwang ang tema ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026, "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon."

Binibigyang-diin nito ang mahalagang papel ng wikang Filipino sa pananaliksik at ang responsableng paggamit ng artificial intelligence sa pagpapalawak ng kaalaman habang pinangangalagaan ang pambansang identidad.

Inaasahang magsasagawa ang paaralan ng iba't ibang gawaing pang-akademiko at pangkultura sa buong buwan ng Agosto bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Kasaysayan at Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa at upang higit pang mapaigting ang pagpapahalaga ng mga mag-aaral sa kasaysayan, wika, at kulturang Pilipino.

TNHS Thanks Partners and Advocates for a Successful Drug Symposium and Anti-Bullying Awareness Program

Tagaytay National High School extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of today's Drug Symposium and Anti-Bullying Awareness Program—an activity that strengthened our learners’ awareness, responsibility, and commitment to building a safe and respectful school community.

Our sincerest appreciation goes to Patrolman Marc Anthony M. Macasil, Assistant PCR PNCO of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, for sharing his valuable knowledge and inspiring our students about the dangers of illegal drugs, legal responsibilities, and the importance of making wise choices. Your message on preventing bullying through respect, empathy, and accountability will surely guide our learners in becoming responsible individuals.

We also thank Mrs. Mary Ann B. Amper, School Head, for her leadership and continuous support; Mrs. Jessa P. Villatima, SDRRM Coordinator, for spearheading the activity; Mr. Johnrel S.
