Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, the City Government of Carcar will implement a revised work schedule in support of the government’s energy conservation measures.

For this week only:
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Starting next week:
• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

There will be NO OFFICE TRANSACTIONS ON FRIDAYS in observance of the four-day onsite work arrangement.

Offices providing essential services, including health, public safety, and emergency response, will remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted public service.

Please be guided accordingly.

FUEL ADVISORY: DOE has ordered oil companies and gasoline stations to comply with fuel pricing rules and anti-hoarding regulations.

Fuel prices from March 6 to 9 must not exceed ranges below:

Gasoline (RON97/100): ₱53.70–₱76.50/L
Gasoline (RON95): ₱50.00–₱71.04/L
Gasoline (RON91): ₱49.00–₱64.70/L
Diesel: ₱49.00–₱66.59/L
Diesel Plus: ₱56.80–₱74.81/L
Kerosene: ₱78.90–₱99.89/L.

Launching of the eLGU SYSTEM during the Business Summit 2025.

Pursuant to R.A 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business Act, all LGUs are mandated to create an online business permiting system!

In compliance with the law, the BPLO is going online! For BOSS 2026, all applications shall be migrated ONLINE.

With that, the BPLO will only process applications applied through the ONLINE SYSTEM!
