Ang Carcar LGU, inubanan sa atoang abtik nga Kapulisan sa PNP nagpatuman sa atoang lokal nga pamalaudnon sa pag prangkisa sa mga tricycle or chappy. Sumala sa maong Ordinansa, tanan nga chappy cab dapat mulukat ug prangkisa para legal nga maka pamasahero diri sa atong syudad. Kini para malikayan usab ang mga posible nga krimen nga pagabuhaton sa mga kolorum nga chappy drivers.

Para sa mga reklamo kabahin sa mga Chappy driver, kuhaa ang BODY NUMBER naa sa atubangan sa chappy. Ang mga naay Body Number nga Chappy lamang ang naay lehitimo nga prangkisa ug ang ma sa trace sa BPLO para mahatagan ug sakto nga aksyon.

Sunod sa Section 8 (F) sa Ordinansa, ang Negosyo pwede mapa sirado tungod sa dili pag bayad ug buhis.

Gipahinumduman pag usab ang mga negosyante sa ilahang obligasyon sa goberno sa pagbayad sa saktong buhis.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, the City Government of Carcar will implement a revised work schedule in support of the government’s energy conservation measures.

For this week only:
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Starting next week:
• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

There will be NO OFFICE TRANSACTIONS ON FRIDAYS in observance of the four-day onsite work arrangement.

Offices providing essential services, including health, public safety, and emergency response, will remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted public service.

Please be guided accordingly.
