We, the Brgy. Rizal Sangguniang Barangay Members extends its sincere gratitude and appreciation for the support and assistance provided through the BBM Program – “Bawat Barangay Makikinabang.”
Received dated on August 23 to the five scholars of the Barangay;
Through this valuable assistance, five (5) 4th-year student beneficiaries received ₱20,000.00 each as educational assistance, for a total of ₱100,000.00. This support will greatly help our scholars in meeting their educational needs and pursuing their studies toward graduation.
The Barangay also received ₱100,000.00 in financial assistance for administrative equipment, which will be utilized for the procured of two (2) laptops and one (1) projector. These equipment will strengthen the Barangay's administrative operations, documentation, presentations, and delivery of services to our constituents.
We are truly grateful for a program that brings meaningful assistance directly to our communities. This demonstrates that government support can reach the grassroots and create opportunities for our students while strengthening the capacity of our Barangay.

𝐓𝐀𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐍 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 – To bring employment opportunities closer to jobseekers, the Department of Labor and Employment under the leadership of Secretary Francis N. Tolentino, will conduct simultaneous Trabaho Agad Job Fairs in seven (7) locations across Eastern Visayas on September 14, 2026,

The simultaneous job fairs will be held in the following strategic locations, in coordination with local government units and partner institutions:

• Leyte Convention Complex, Palo, Leyte
• Tandaya Hall, Catbalogan City, Samar
• Ormoc City Superdome, Ormoc City, Leyte
• Southern Leyte Provincial Gymnasium, Maasin City, Southern Leyte
• Provincial Capitol Gym, Catarman, Northern Samar
• Provincial Civic Center Capitol Compound, Naval, Biliran
• Sabang South Gymnasium, Borongan City, Eastern Samar

The Trabaho Agad Job Fairs aim to provide accessible employment opportunities to jobseekers, fresh graduates, displaced workers, and other individuals seeking gainful employment, while giving applicants the opportunity to connect directly with prospective employers in their respective areas.

Jobseekers are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity by preparing their updated resumes or curriculum vitae, valid identification cards, certificates, and other relevant credentials to facilitate the application process.

The DOLE Trabaho Agad Job Fairs form part of DOLE’s continuing efforts to bring employment services closer to workers, strengthen labor market access, and promote quality job opportunities throughout Eastern Visayas.
