Nagbutang kita sang "gripo" sa may waiting shed,for emergency purposes, pwede gid kamu kasalok or kasalud dira "LIBRE"everyday DAYTIME.
To all Phase 1 & Phase 2 nga wala na gid makakuha tubig.

Bangud hindi pa ka sustener ang ginakwa-an nga source sa dalum sa Abong Pumphouse nga isa namun ka BULK WATER SUPPLIER nga ga-supply sa St.Therese tank.

Sa tanan nga consumidores sang Water District gapangayo gid kami sang inyo pasaylo, pasyensya kag malawig nga pag-intindi labi na gid sa hindi na masuportaran sang tubig.

Limitado na ukon nagnubo na ang level sang tubig nga gina-supply sa St.Therese tank halin sa pumping station bangud sa kadugayun nga tingadlaw, wala pa mauli-an ang tuburan bisan naga umpisa na ulan.

Sa subong ang schedule sa St.therese Village nga ginasunud kada adlaw alas 4 sang aga(4am) tubtub alas 5 (5 am)ukon asta alas 6 sang aga kung madamo ang supply.
Parehas man gihapon nga mga blocks nos. Phase 1 kg Phase 2.👇

P.S. kung may pamangkutanon pa ukon luyag ipa-alintun, Palihug makipag-angut lang sa opisina.

We received all your complaints, reklamos regarding sa tubig. 📳☎️ 📝✍️

Kag tungud may schedule nga ginapatuman may ginatawag man nga "unscheduled water interruption"ini bangud hindi malikawan kung my ulubrahun nga repairs, labi na gid kung may leak,pero bangud sa tyempo subong "tingadlaw"(summer season) gabatyag na ang source kag sa area nga mataas or malayo may chance gid nga hindi makatubod or makatubig,pero once magtubud please save para sa immediate uses.
As of this month ginatinguhaan nga mapadayon ang supply bisan papano.

On behalf of management, Kami gid gapangayo sang malawig nga pag-intindi kag pasaylo kung hindi matugunan ang inyo "customer satisfaction".
Pwede gid kamu kadto opisina kung hindi gid maintindihan,para ma advisan or solusyunan.🗒️

El Niño Alert issued ⚠️

DOST-PAGASA has officially raised its ENSO Alert and Warning System to El Niño Alert, following the high likelihood of its development in the coming months and possible persistence into early 2027. This may bring drier-than-usual conditions, including dry spells and droughts in parts of the country.

However, above-normal rainfall may still be experienced over the western sections during the Habagat season.
