The Borador Festival reflects the true character of Barangay Cawayan and its people. They are hardworking, resilient, and determined, even in the face of challenges and discouragement. Like a “borador” (draft), which may not be perfect at first but can always be improved, the festival reminds everyone to keep moving forward and never give up. No matter the struggles, the people continue to strive and grow refining themselves into something better each day.

(Unique concept, hindi common ang design)
* Color Combination & Aesthetic Appeal – 25%
(Harmonious colors, eye-catching)
* Craftsmanship / Quality – 25%
(Malimpyo ang pag-ubra,mapag-on, detailed)
* Overall Presentation – 20%
(Impact habang nakalipad)

Focus: Size + structure
* Actual Size (Measured Dimensions) – 50%
(Pinakamalaking wingspan / surface area)

* Design Proportion & Balance – 20%
(Dapat sakto ang kadakuon,kabug-aton kag porma sang kada parte sang borador)
