NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

In view of reports of an extortion incident fraudulently claiming involvement of the Court, all parties, their counsels, and the general public are hereby reminded to strictly deal with Court personnel (thru Branch Clerk of Court Atty. Jesrel E. Bolanio) only at the official numbers and contact info of RTC Branch 51, i.e., 09504369918, (038)5021578, and email: [email protected].

The Court does not, and will never, solicit money or favor from any party in exchange for favorable action in any case pending before it, and the public is hereby encouraged to report to the proper law enforcement authorities any such illicit activity.

Similarly, law enforcement agents are urged to be more vigilant against such malicious and fraudulent schemes that seek to malign the authority and solemnity of the courts.

In upholding the maxim that 'Public office is a public trust', the courts are guided by the virtues of transparency and accountability. It shall never engage in such nefarious and deplorable conduct.
