• Must be born 2001 and up
• Voter’s Certification for old registered voters (registered before May 12, 2025)
• For minors: Parent’s Voter’s Certification
• Exemption for newly registered voters

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the generous individuals who made it possible for us to distribute free drinking water over the past two days.

Thank you so much to Aquasoft and Tamoria’s Water Refilling Station, Mrs. Angel Diane M. Villanueva, Mr. Lance Kirby Hilario, Mr. Cedric Sam L. Merigildo, Mr. Ricky Jhoe Miguel and Gabriel Blas. May the Lord continue to bless you always!

Secondly, we would like to extend our gratitude to our ever-supportive Barangay Captain, Hon. Ronnie T. Isidro and the entire council.

Thank you as well to our dedicated SK Members who actively participated in the distribution efforts, led by our SK Chairperson, Hon. Trixia Daine L. Merigildo.

A big thank you as well to our dedicated BPSO, BHWs, BNS, and BPW who were with us on duty.

We hope that in our own small way, we were able to offer help and bring relief from the extreme heat this Holy Week through the simple act of providing “Free Water.”

📆: March 28, 2026 (Saturday) at 8:00AM-12:00PM.
📍: Barangay San Roque, Covered Court

Sa lahat ng magpaparehistro sa National ID, narito ang requirement na kailangan dalhin:

Para sa edad 0 MONTHS OLD TO 4 YEARS OLD:
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE at NATIONAL ID ng Magulang o Guardian. (Kung wala pang BIRTH CERTIFICATE ang bata, maaari nyong gamitin ang kanilang IMMUNIZATION CARD o BAKUNA or Baptismal) Isang dokumento lamang ang kailangan.
• Tinatanggap din namin ang BARANGAY CLEARANCE.

Para sa edad 5 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE:
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR ANY ID (KAHIT ISA LAMANG) KAHIT ANONG KLASE NG ID AY AMING TINATANGGAP BASTA’T WALANG MALI SA ID NA IPAPAKITA.
• Kung walang BIRTH CERTIFICATE o kahit anong ID maaring manguha ng BARANGAY CLEARANCE upang magamit sa pagpaparehistro

• Para sa mga gustong magpa check or verify ng kanilang ID. Pakidala lamang po ang inyong TRANSACTION SLIP o yung papel na binigay noong kayo ay nagparehistro.
