💧🚰 FREE WATER RATIONING ACTIVITY 🚰💧

Castillejos Water District conducts a free water rationing activity today for our valued concessionaires in Barangay Balaybay, particularly in Purok 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8, to help address the temporary water supply challenges being experienced in the area.

Due to the effects of El Niño and the decreasing water levels in our deep wells, we encourage everyone to conserve water and use it wisely. Your cooperation will help ensure that water remains available for all members of our community.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we continue to work on improving water service delivery.

BALAYBAY RESETTLEMENT AREA

WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION

Affected areas
Purok 4,6,8,9, MPC

May 29, 2026
8am onwards.

We would like to inform all concessionaires on the mentioned areas that there will be an interruption of water supply due to ongoing technical issues affecting our system and due to limited supply.

As a result, water production and
distribution are currently limited.

Affected areas may experience low water pressure to no water supply during this period.

Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore normal operations as soon as possible. Restoration of supply will commence immediately once system adjustments are completed.
We advise all consumers to:
Store enough water for essential use during the interruption
Use water judiciously to help manage limited supply.
Affected concessionaires are encouraged to proceed to our Pumping Station at Purok 13, MPC for free water distribution.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

BALAYBAY RESETTLEMENT AREA
WATER SUPPLY AVAILABILITY at CSWD Pumping Station, Purok 13, MPC

In light of the ongoing water supply interruption, due to Power supply interruptions affecting our concessionaires at Balaybay Resettlement Area, please be informed that water is available at the CSWD Pumping Station water tank located in Purok 13.

Our assigned personnel are stationed on-site to:
Assist residents in collecting water.
Facilitate orderly distribution
Ensure proper and fair allocation of available supply.
All affected concessionaires are encouraged to proceed to the said location and bring their own clean water containers.
We kindly ask everyone to observe proper coordination and patience to ensure a smooth and safe distribution procedures.

Rest assured that normal water supply operations will resume once our pumping and distribution capacity stabilizes.
