One of the self-employment enhancement interventions provided by the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐏𝐄𝐒𝐎) for its livelihood clients—beneficiaries of the DOLE Livelihood Program and Futuremakers Project - Youth for Entrepreneurship of partner non-government organization, Plan International Pilipinas Foundation, Inc.— is the conduct of capacity-building trainings, including Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices Training. This training targets beneficiaries engaged in food-related businesses, with the objective of improving product quality, increasing income, and ensuring business sustainability.

Scheduled on September 2–4, 2026, the activity was made possible through the partnership of the Municipal PESO with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Provincial Office, which provided the resource speakers.

A total of 41 livelihood beneficiaries have confirmed their participation. The list of participants is posted below for their information and reference.
