Scheduled Water Supply Interruption

Catarman Water District would like to inform our valued concessionaires that there will be a scheduled water supply interruption to give way for improvement works in our system.

📅 Date: June 3, 2026
⏰ Time: 7:00 AM onwards
📍 Location: Macagtas Pumping Station 1
🧑‍🔧 Activity: 🦾Pull out and restoration of 7.5Hp submersible pump and motor.
🦾 Replacement of black iron riser pipe to UPVC Riser pipe.

As part of our continuous efforts to improve and maintain reliable water service, Catarman Water District will conduct the pull-out and restoration of a 7.5 HP submersible pump and motor at Macagtas Pumping Station. In addition, the existing black iron riser pipe will be replaced with a UPVC riser pipe to enhance the efficiency, durability, and overall performance of our water system.

These improvement works are part of our commitment to ensuring a more stable and dependable water supply for our valued concessionaires. Through regular maintenance, rehabilitation, and upgrading of our facilities, we continue to strengthen our water distribution system for the benefit of the communities we serve.

We kindly advise everyone to store enough water ahead of time to minimize inconvenience during the interruption.

Our technical team will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to complete the activity and restore normal water supply.

🧑‍🔧 Activity: Installation of additional pipes, inspection and checking of Submersible Pump & Motors due to the sudden decrease of water table.

This activity is necessary to help improve the water supply and ensure a more stable distribution in affected areas. By installing additional pipes, the District aims to address the effects of the decreasing water table and maintain reliable service for our concessionaires.

We kindly advise everyone to store enough water ahead of time to minimize inconvenience during the interruption.

Our technical team will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to complete the activity and restore normal water supply.

Catarman Water District - CWD would like to inform our valued concessionaires that there will be NO OFFICE TRANSACTIONS on Thursday (May 21, 2025) and Friday (May 22, 2025) as we celebrate our 38th Founding Anniversary cm Team Building Activity. This celebration serves as an opportunity for the CWD Family to strengthen teamwork, promote camaraderie, and recognize another year of commitment and service to the community.

While regular office transactions will be temporarily unavailable during these dates, please be assured that designated personnel will remain on standby to respond to urgent and emergency water service concerns.

For concessionaires with upcoming due dates or water bill payments, we encourage you to settle your payment through GCash to avoid inconvenience, penalties, or possible service interruption.

🛑CWD PUBLIC ADVISORY 🛑

Catarman Water District would like to inform our valued concessionaires that our Office will be closed tomorrow, May 1, 2026, in observance of Labor Day, pursuant to the proclamation issued by the Office of the President declaring it a regular holiday. There will be no office transactions on this day.

Regular office operations will resume on Monday, May 4, 2026. However, please be assured that a standby/on-call maintenance team will remain available to respond to any emergency water service concerns that may arise during the holiday.

For those with upcoming due dates, you may still conveniently settle your water bills through GCash to avoid any inconvenience, penalties, or possible service interruption.

We encourage everyone to plan their transactions accordingly and continue practicing responsible water use.

🛑 EMERGENCY WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION🛑

Catarman Water District would like to inform our valued concessionaires that some areas may experience a temporary water interruption or low water pressure due to a damaged mainline near Gaisano Grand Mall Catarman caused by the ongoing construction work in the area.

Our technical team has immediately responded and is currently conducting the necessary repair works to restore normal water service as soon as possible. Affected areas may continue to experience limited water supply while repairs are ongoing.

Normal water supply is expected to resume once the damaged mainline has been fully repaired.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter promptly.
