The One Values WorkLife has officially begun, marking the start of values transformation in the Province of Samar. Pilot sessions are now underway with the Samar Provincial Hospital (SPH), headed by Dr. Jansenn V. Mutya, and the OPSWDO, headed by PSWDO Ma'am Alma A. Austero.

This initiative strengthens God-centered values, teamwork, and servant leadership, building a more compassionate and purpose-driven public service culture.

We extend our gratitude to Governor Sharee Ann Tan for her unwavering support and commitment to programs that promote both personal growth and professional excellence among provincial employees.

The activity aimed to ensure alignment with CSC standards and regulations, while identifying areas for improvement to strengthen HR processes and service delivery.
