𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐋𝐆𝐔-𝐂𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐎 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐂𝐂𝐂𝐂 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐎𝐍 𝐔𝐒𝐖𝐀𝐆 𝐀𝐏𝐏
The Local Government Unit–City Information and Communication Technology Office (LGU-CICTO) conducted an orientation on the USWAG App for students of Catbalogan City Community College (CCCC) on September 2, 2026 at the CCCC Activity Center, to guide them in registering for and accessing the city’s digital programs, services, and information.
Among the services available through the application are health and business services, city services, governance and transparency information, news and updates, taxes and obligations, Libreng Sakay access, garbage collection tagging and verification, relief goods distribution, eHealth check-ins, training and community event attendance, and public building access, among others.
Through the orientation, students gained an understanding of how to use the USWAG App and access the services and information provided through the platform.
The digital system also aims to support the city’s service delivery, planning, emergency response, transparency, and citizen engagement through digital innovation.

City Hall at Your Doorsteps Caravan – Bringing Services Closer to the People!

Last March 25, the City Government once again successfully conducted the City Hall at Your Doorsteps Caravan, delivering essential services directly to our communities.

For the first time, the City Information and Communications Technology Office (CICTO) proudly participated in this meaningful initiative through the soft launch of the USWAG App — a step forward in making government services more accessible, faster, and smarter.

During the activity, the CICTO team also conducted assisted registration, helping residents sign up and experience the features of the USWAG App firsthand.

This initiative marks another milestone in our journey toward a more connected and digitally empowered Catbalogan.

February 26, 2026, the City Information and Communications Technology Office (CICTO) successfully conducted the first live test of the Unified Services for Welfare, Access, and Governance (USWAG) App — the official Citizen Portal application of the City Government of Catbalogan.

The session focused on the live registration process for Catbaloganons, allowing us to carefully observe the system in real time, gather valuable feedback, exchange ideas for improvement, and personally guide our registrants step by step to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience.

This milestone marks the beginning of a more accessible, efficient, and digitally connected public service for everyone.

A meaningful step forward in building a smarter, faster, and more inclusive Catbalogan.
