SBM Lydia S.Beringuel, SBM Lourdes M. Bruza, and Barangay Secretary Melissa P. Quiaño attended the 3-day training of Paghimangraw: A Short-Course Traning on Communication Enhancement. This training is organized by the Catbalogan City LGU in collaboration with Samar State University. These sessions were held at the SSU Convention Center. The course aims to foster better dialogue and collaboration among officials, ultimately improving the delivery of public services.
