The activity gathered teachers, school administrators, school nurses, medical teams, and partner stakeholders to strengthen coordination and establish a functional referral mechanism that ensures learners with identified health needs are appropriately connected to the services and support they require.

During the activity, ๐Ž๐ˆ๐‚-๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ ๐Œ๐š๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‡. ๐€๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง, ๐‘๐, ๐Œ๐€๐, ๐ƒ๐Œ highlighted that an effective referral pathway is more than transferring a patient from one facility to another.
