The ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ญ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž conducted an evaluation of the 9th Regular Department Heads Meeting led by Catbalogan City Administrator's Office, held at Balai Alejandro, Catbalogan City.

The activity received an overall rating of ๐Ÿ’.๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ‘- ๐•๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐’๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ,โ€ based on the evaluation responses from the participants.

The participants generally expressed positive feedback regarding the conduct of the meeting. They noted that the meeting proceeded smoothly, the discussions and agenda were clearly presented, and the objectives of the meeting were successfully achieved.

However, some areas for improvement were also identified. A few participants observed that some attendees were not attentive during the meeting, as they were using their mobile phones and engaging in conversations that caused distractions to those who wished to listen and actively participate in the discussions. It was suggested that participants be reminded to maintain proper decorum, minimize unnecessary conversations, and refrain from using mobile phones during the meeting unless necessary.

Another suggestion raised by the participants was the provision of Wi-Fi access during future meetings to facilitate communication and support other work-related requirements.
