Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 316, s. 2017, declaring the month of September of every year as “Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo),” and in compliance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2025-088 dated August 27, 2025, the Catbalogan City Assessor's Office joins the City Government and all departments in supporting and participating in the observance of MANA Mo 2025.

This month-long celebration highlights the Philippines as a maritime and archipelagic nation, emphasizing the need to strengthen awareness, protection, and sustainable use of our rich marine resources.

The City Assessor’s Office has successfully conducted an Information Dissemination on Real Property Inventory- Building at Poblacion 1, with on-the-spot property appraisal and assessment to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of property values.
This initiative supports the City's efforts to ensure the positive turn out of the Real Property Inventory-Building Program, promoting transparency and accountability in local governance.
