The City Cooperatives Development Office successfully conducted the 2-Day Seminar on 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 for the officers and members of Mahayagnon Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative on May 21-22, 2026 at Brgy. New Mahayag, Catbalogan City, Samar with 37 participants in attendance.

The activity focused on strengthening leadership, good governance, accountability, and effective cooperative management to help ensure the continued growth and sustainability of the cooperative.

Special thanks to Mr. Jericho C. Jacinto for serving as the resource speaker and facilitator, together with Mark Feleciano C. Boracan Jr. for assisting in the successful conduct of the activity.

Together, we continue building empowered cooperatives and stronger communities! 💚

✨𝑴𝙄𝑫-𝒀𝙀𝑨𝙍 𝙋𝑬𝙍𝑭𝙊𝑹𝙈𝑨𝙉𝑪𝙀 𝙍𝑬𝙑𝑰𝙀𝑾 & 𝑫𝙀𝑷𝘼𝑹𝙏𝑴𝙀𝑵𝙏𝑨𝙇 𝙏𝑨𝙍𝑮𝙀𝑻 𝑺𝙀𝑻𝙏𝑰𝙉𝑮 𝒄𝙪𝒎 𝑪𝘼𝑷𝘼𝑪𝙄𝑻𝙔 𝘿𝑬𝙑𝑬𝙇𝑶𝙋𝑴𝙀𝑵𝙏 𝙏𝑹𝘼𝑰𝙉𝑰𝙉𝑮 𝑶𝙁 𝘾𝑪𝘿𝑶 𝑨𝙉𝑫 𝑪𝙋𝑬𝙎𝑶 𝑷𝙀𝑹𝙎𝑶𝙉𝑵𝙀𝑳 ✨

Held on May 8, 2026 at the beautiful Buri Baras Beach, Catbalogan City, Samar, the Catbalogan City Cooperatives Development Office and Catbalogan City Public Employment Service Office - CPESO Personnel together with their hardworking OJTs successfully conducted the Mid-Year Performance Review and Departmental Target Setting cm Capacity Development Training.

The activity served as an avenue to review the offices’ accomplishments for the 1st Semester of CY 2026, assess performance targets, strengthen teamwork, and enhance the knowledge and skills of all personnel through capacity development sessions and engaging team-building activities.

Highlighting the event was the On-the-Spot Awarding Ceremony recognizing the dedication, commitment, and exemplary performance of CCDO and CPESO personnel. Likewise, a special awarding ceremony was conducted in recognition and appreciation of the valuable service rendered by the OJT students assigned in both offices.

Indeed, the activity was not only a celebration of accomplishments but also a meaningful opportunity to recharge, reconnect, and reaffirm the commitment of both offices towards delivering efficient and quality public service.
