The program started with the ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป facilitated by the ๐ข๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฒ,, followed by the ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ led by the ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ. To formally introduce the objectives of the event, ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ป ๐๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ . ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ป, ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐, presented the overview of the program. Afterwards, ๐๐ป๐๐ต๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ. ๐๐๐ผ๐ด๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐, introduced the guest speaker for the first seminar session entitled โ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ.โ and for the second seminar proper focusing on strategic planning with the theme โ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ฆ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐.โ
Participants were then given the opportunity to express their insights during the open forum, followed by the awarding of certificates facilitated by the organizers and a reflection activity led by the facilitators.
