โ€ŽANGADANAN, ISABELA โ€” In line with the Department of Agrarian Reformโ€™s (DAR) mandate under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) project, the DAR Municipal Office of Angadanan conducted a survey activity in Barangay Victory, Angadanan, Isabela on May 20, 2026.

โ€ŽThe survey was supervised by Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers Albert Guillermo and Elizabeth Santos, and carried out by RC Tollo Surveying Services through the technical assistance of Engr. Dante G. Galapia Jr.

โ€ŽVerification and documentation of potential Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) were facilitated by Hansan Agbayani, documenter of the Redocumentation and Completion Team (RCT) Five, together with Maria Katrina Mariano, Technical Support Staff of the DAR Municipal Office.

Nakikiisa ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Isabela sa pagdiriwang ng Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month 2026 ngayong buwan ng Mayo sa pangunguna ng Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA).

Bilang katuwang sa pagsusulong ng mabuting pamamahala, patuloy na pinagtitibay ng DAR Isabela ang pangako nitong maghatid ng mas mabilis, mas maayos, episyente, patas, at transparent na serbisyo para sa ating mga magsasaka, agrarian reform beneficiaries, at mamamayang Pilipino.

Sa pamamagitan ng serbisyong walang red tape, pinaiigting natin ang paghahatid ng mga programang may integridad, malasakit, at kahusayan upang matiyak ang mas magaan at mas maayos na karanasan ng bawat kliyente.

Kaisa ang repormang agraryo sa pagtataguyod ng isang serbisyong publiko na tunay na tumutugon sa pangangailangan ng mamamayan tungo sa isang mas inklusibo at mas maunlad na Bagong Pilipinas.

Personnel of the Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) of Delfin Albano conduct a consolidation-subdivision survey on the 18.6457-hectare property of the Asuncion A. Corpuz Estate, now under the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), located in Barangay Villa Pereda, Delfin Albano, Isabela, on May 27, 2026.

The activity forms part of the ongoing land acquisition and distribution process under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).

A total of 14 potential Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) are expected to benefit from the said landholding once the land distribution process is completed.

The consolidation-subdivision survey aims to identify and establish the individual lot allocations of qualified beneficiaries in preparation for the issuance of land titles.

Despite the holiday, DAR personnel of Delfin Albano continue to conduct field operations and technical activities to fast-track land distribution efforts and ensure that farmer-beneficiaries receive the land awarded to them at the soonest possible time.

DAR remains committed to strengthening land tenure security and improving the lives of landless farmers through the effective implementation of agrarian reform programs in the province of Isabela. (Jiroh Rualiso)

The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) of Quezon, Isabela conducts Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee (BARC) Orientations in Barangays Abut and Arellano on May 21 and May 26, 2026, to strengthen grassroots participation and support the effective implementation of agrarian reform programs.

The activity is facilitated by MARPO Marvi Turingan-Bulan, SARPT Emielou L. Leal, and ARPO I/Development Facilitator Marco A. Bruno, with the participation of barangay officials, farmer-beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.

During the orientation, Development Facilitator Bruno discusses the functions and responsibilities of the BARC, particularly its role in assisting the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in the identification and screening of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), mediation of agrarian-related concerns, and monitoring of agrarian reform implementation at the barangay level.

An election of officers is also conducted in both barangays. Rodrigo C. Orani and Darwin J. Alejos are elected as Chairmen of Barangays Abut and Arellano, respectively.

Certificates of Appreciation are likewise awarded to outgoing BARC Chairmen Reynaldo Rodico and Elias Basabica for their contributions in advancing agrarian reform programs in their communities. (Analyn D. Villanueva)
