Matagumpay na naisagawa ang 3rd Quarter Senior Citizen Payout para sa ating mga mahal na senior citizens ng Magallanes, Cavite.
Patuloy ang LGU Magallanes sa paghahatid ng serbisyong may malasakit at pagpapahalaga sa ating mga nakatatanda. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nakiisa at tumulong upang maging maayos at organisado ang pamamahagi.

PUBLIC ADVISORY | ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 2027 REAL PROPERTY TAX

The Office of the Municipal Treasurer – LGU Magallanes, Cavite is now accepting advance payments for Real Property Tax (RPT) for the year 2027.

Taxpayers who settle their 2027 RPT in advance may enjoy a 20% discount, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Pay early to avoid long queues during the regular payment period and to help prevent penalties due to delayed payment.

📢 MAHALAGANG ABISO SA MGA MAY-ARI NG REAL PROPERTY

Alam mo ba na may ipinatutupad na amnestiya para sa mga hindi pa nababayarang Real Property Tax (Amilyar) alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 12001 o Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA)?

✅ Maaaring maalis ang mga multa, interes, at dagdag-singil para sa mga hindi nabayarang Real Property Tax mula Hunyo 2024 pababa, alinsunod sa mga itinakdang kundisyon ng batas.

Hinihikayat namin ang lahat ng may-ari ng real property na magtungo sa Municipal Treasurer's Office upang alamin ang kanilang tax obligations at mapakinabangan ang programang ito.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫

Isang matagumpay na seminar ang isinagawa noong ika-31 ng Marso 2026 ukol sa Local Government Tax Compliance Obligations, na pinangunahan ng mga piling Revenue Officers mula sa Revenue District Office 54B West Cavite, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Office of the Municipal Treasurer.

Tinalakay sa nasabing seminar ang tamang pag-file at pagbabayad ng mga tax returns, gayundin ang iba pang obligasyon ng mga Local Government Units alinsunod sa National Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines.

Dinaluhan ito ng mga Barangay Captains, Secretaries, at Treasurers na aktibong nakibahagi upang mapalalim ang kanilang kaalaman at mas mapabuti ang pagsunod sa mga umiiral na batas sa pagbubuwis.

Sa tulong ng Office of the Municipal Treasurer, matagumpay na naipamahagi ang 1st Quarter Social Pension para sa mga indigent senior citizens sa buong bayan ng Magallanes, Cavite.

Umabot sa kabuuang 1,542 na benepisyaryo ang nakatanggap ng tulong—isang patunay ng patuloy na malasakit at suporta para sa ating mga nakatatanda. 💙
