𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝗛𝗖𝗪𝗙,𝗣𝗡 (𝗣) 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 (𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗛𝗥) 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆

𝟬𝟰 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 —Headquarters Cyber Warfare Force,PN(P) recognized Mrs. Josephine Rhoda C. Amores, CivHR, for more than 30 years of dedicated and honorable government service. Her career was marked by valuable contributions to the growth and transformation of the organization.

As an Information Systems Analyst III of the Information Systems Group, Mrs. Amores shared her technical expertise and experience throughout several key institutional transitions. She served through the merger of the former PN Computer Center and Naval Communication Facility into the Naval Communication Electronic and Information System Center, its reorganization as the Naval Information and Communications Technology Center, and eventually, the Cyber Warfare Force,PN(P).

Beyond her technical role, Mrs. Amores was also a trusted mentor, dependable colleague, and dedicated problem-solver. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help others strengthened the organization and left a lasting impact on the personnel she worked with throughout her career.

In his message, CAPT JOHN B MONTES PN(GSC), Commander, CWF, PN(P), commended Mrs. Amores for her commitment and valuable contributions to the Force. Her years of service also reflect the vital role of the civilian workforce in maintaining organizational continuity, sustaining operational readiness, and supporting the accomplishment of the Command’s mission.

Mrs. Josephine Rhoda C. Amores, CivHR was formally honored during a retirement ceremony held as part of the Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony aboard HCWF,PN(P) Ceremonial Area, Naval Base Heracleo Alano, Sangley Point, Cavite City. The ceremony was attended by the military and civilian personnel of the Force together with her family.

03 August 2026 – The Headquarters, Cyber Warfare Force, Philippine Navy (P), participated in the Celebration of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Month 2026 through a Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony held at the TV Lounge, Headquarters, Cyber Warfare Force, PN (P), Naval Base Heracleo Alano (NBHA), Sangley Point, Cavite City.

Led by CAPTAIN JOHN B MONTES PN (GSC), Commander, Cyber Warfare Force, PN (P), the activity was attended by Officers, Enlisted Personnel, and Civilian Human Resources of this Force. The ceremony formed part of the nationwide observance of IHL Month 2026, carrying the theme, "𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗨𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗛𝗟."

The observance underscored the Armed Forces of the Philippines' continuing commitment to promoting awareness and adherence to the principles of International Humanitarian Law. It also reinforced the importance of unity, respect for human dignity, and compliance with the rule of law in the conduct of military operations and the performance of public service.

Through its participation, the Cyber Warfare Force, Philippine Navy (P), reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to upholding International Humanitarian Law, strengthening professionalism, and upholding Humanitarian Law by promoting respect for Human dignity, protecting civilians and other protected persons, and ensuring military operations are conducted with honor, integrity, and accountability in service to the nation.

Ang ating wika ay higit pa sa paraan ng pakikipag-usap ito ay simbolo ng ating pagkatao, kasaysayan, at pagiging Pilipino. Sa patuloy na paggamit at pagpapahalaga sa ating sariling wika, naipapasa natin ang ating kultura at mga tradisyon sa susunod na henerasyon.

Sa pagdiriwang na ito, sama-sama nating ipagmalaki ang ating wikang Filipino pahalagahan ang ating kultura, at panatilihing buhay ang diwang makabayan sa bawat salitang ating ginagamit.
