BREAKING: TWO MAGNITUDE 7 QUAKE HITS VENEZUELA; MAGNITUDE 6.9 QUAKE HITS JAPAN

WORLD BREAKING NEWS: Three very strong earthquakes were recorded in the world in just an hour this Thursday morning, June 25, 2026 (PH Time).

• DOUBLET QUAKE IN VENEZUELA
A very strong magnitude 7.2 and magnitude 7.5 earthquake hits Venezuela in just two minutes at 6:04 AM and 6:05 AM, respectively this morning, causing widespread damages across the country. Multiple collapsed structures were recorded, with mass casualties feared after the powerful quake.

Time: 10:04 PM UTC (6:04 PM Venezuela Time)
Epicenter: 10.387°N 68.520°W - 24 km ENE of San Felipe, Venezuela
Depth: 21.9 km

2ND QUAKE: MAGNITUDE 7.5
Time: 10:05 PM UTC (6:05 PM Venezuela Time)
Epicenter: 10.453°N 68.514°W - 23 km SE of Yumare, Venezuela
Depth: 10 km

• MAGNITUDE 6.9 QUAKE IN JAPAN
A strong magnitude 6.9 earthquake hits Iwate Prefecture, Japan at 6:30 AM this morning. The quake occured off the Pacific Coast of Iwate Prefecture at a depth of 50 km.

📏 Tamang paraan ng testing:
- Dapat may decibel meter
- 0.5 meter ang layo sa tambutso
- 45-degree angle
- Engine speed na 2,000–2,500 RPM

👀 Bawal ang tingin lang
- Hindi pwedeng sabihing illegal ang pipe base sa itsura lang
- Kailangang may actual na decibel test

2. Supreme Court Ruling (July 30, 2024)

🏛️ Hindi pwedeng sumalungat ang ordinansa ng LGU sa national law

❌ Kapag ang city/municipal ordinance ay sinabi na:
