Employees of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Toledo holding office at the Toledo Sports Center participated in a Zumba Wellness Activity on July 31, 2026, followed by the Flag Retreat Ceremony.

The health and wellness initiative was successfully conducted through the support of Atty. Hazan F. Bargamento, City Legal Officer, reaffirming the City’s commitment to promoting employee wellness, teamwork, and a healthy workplace.

The Urban Poor Federation held its Monthly Meeting, presided over by Federation President Ms. Jennifer “Honey” Sottis, together with City Councilor Jeffrey Borja, Chairperson of the SP Committee on Urban Poor, and Atty. Jeah Jean Gacang, Executive Director of the Toledo City Urban Poor Commission (TCUPC).

Key discussions centered on livelihood programs, association accreditation, leadership responsibilities, and the financial status of each organization.

Together, we continue to build stronger, more accountable organizations for empowered and sustainable urban poor communities. 🙏
