​Fire prevention is a team effort, and PYAP Linao Lipata is proud to be part of it!

​We recently participated in the Fire Prevention Month Seminar Awareness organized by 𝐒𝐊 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐨. The theme, “𝘚𝘢 𝘗𝘢𝘨-𝘐𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘢 𝘚𝘶𝘯𝘰𝘨, 𝘏𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘬𝘢 𝘕𝘢𝘨-𝘪𝘪𝘴𝘢,” reminds us that when the community works together, we can prevent disasters before they start.

​From understanding fire hazards to mastering emergency responses, the insights shared by FO1 Benjoseph V. Blen were truly eye-opening. We are ready to bring these lessons back to our respective puroks to ensure every family in Linao stays protected.

𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐎𝐍 𝐆𝐎𝐀𝐋

Together, the PYAP, 4H CLUB, and KKDAT of Brgy. Linao-Lipata united to extend help to the residents of Barangay Lagtang, Talisay City who were affected by Typhoon Tino.

Through our collective effort and with the help of our fellow ka-Barangay, we were able to donate liters of clean drinking water to the affected families. This meaningful initiative was made possible through the funds raised from our “Daygon for a Cause,” an activity organized by the officers to support communities in need.

Our shared commitment and teamwork truly showed that when youth organizations come together, we can make a greater impact.

We would like to sincerely extend our deepest gratitude to the donors—both monetary and in-kind—for lending their hands without hesitation to help those in need; to Barangay Linao-Lipata and SK Linao for providing transportation and for their unwavering support for the youth; and to all youth officers and members for making time and effort to ensure the success of this initiative.

Together, let us continue to bring positive change to the community.

PYAP Linao-Lipata, together with the 4H CLUB - Uswág Brgy.Linao-Lipata and KKDAT Linao-Lipata Minglanilla has joined forces to launch the initiative “Daygon for a Cause.”

This important effort aims to provide immediate support to community members affected by the recent Typhoon Tino at the Barangay Lagtang, Talisay City.

Through this special caroling event, the three youth organizations from Brgy. Linao-Lipata are raising funds specifically dedicated to purchasing clean, safe drinking water for the affected families. Access to potable water is critical in the aftermath of the storm, and this campaign addresses that urgent need.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who shared their time and offered generous support through monetary donations to help us reach this crucial fundraising goal. Your compassion is greatly appreciated!

Tomorrow, November 23, 2025, will be the distribution day for the drinking water we have purchased. Know that this initiative would have not been possible without your generosity, and the combined efforts of the organizations.

When Bagyong Tino struck, the overflowing Mananga River caused severe flooding that destroyed homes near the area. Many families are still struggling to recover from the devastation.

To extend help, PYAP, KKDAT and the 4H Club from Barangay Linao-Lipata are launching a joint monetary donation drive to support affected families, specifically in Brgy. Lagtang, Talisay City. Every peso given will help provide comfort, relief, and hope to those who lost their homes.
