2026-23: The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs all 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 (𝗟𝗚𝗨𝘀) nationwide—including provinces, cities, municipalities, and barangays—that the deadline for the submission of their 2027 Annual Procurement Plan for Common-Use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) is 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The extension is in accordance with Section 318 of the Republic Act No. 7160 (RA 7160), or the Local Government Code of 1991, which mandates the local chief executive to submit the executive budget to the sanggunian concerned not later than the sixteenth (16th) of October of the current fiscal year.

Meanwhile, the deadline for submission for all other government agencies remains September 15, 2026, as stated in 2026-22 published on August 31, 2026.

Ang Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) ay ihahatid na ng PS-DBM on Wheels (PoW) sa 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, ngayong darating na 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲 𝘁𝗼 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Iniimbitahan namin ang lahat ng mga ahensya at iba’t ibang client-agencies ng Bicol region kasama ang mga karatig na bayan nito na makiisa sa nalalapit na PoW. Nilalayon ng aktibidad na ito na ilapit ang abot-kayang produkto at abot-kamay na serbisyo sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa.

Bukas ang pamimili ng mga common-use supplies and equipment (CSEs) sa lahat ng National Government Agencies (NGA), State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Government Financial Institutions, Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), at Local Government Units (LGUs).

Ultimately, equipping government employees with reliable tools to perform their daily functions effectively contribute to more efficient operations and better public service for the Filipino people.

NEW SCHEDULE ADDED!

The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) Regional Depot VII will start conducting weekly face-to-face training activities at the PS-DBM Office, Sampaguita Room, DepEd Ecotech Center, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City on Mondays and the DBM RO7 Conference Room, DBM Bldg., Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City on Tuesdays.

In this regard, we cordially invite your office to participate in the following training:
