Recognizing the Winners of PANUNUMPA SA KINAIYAHAN: A Cebu City Employees Environmental Pledge 🌱

As part of the Cebu City Government Employees Family Day held last September 2025, the PANUNUMPA SA KINAIYAHAN: A Cebu City Employees Environmental Pledge was conducted to strengthen environmental awareness and encourage unity among Cebu City Government employees in protecting our environment.

With the theme β€œPamilya ug Kinaiyahan: Nagkahiusa sa Malamboong Kaugmaon,” the program highlighted the importance of collective responsibility in creating a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.

We joined the launching of β€œBasura Namo, Kaugmaon Nato,” led by Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival.

As part of our participation, we turned over office papers and documents that can no longer be used and are now ready for recycling. This simple action helps reduce waste and supports the city’s efforts to promote proper waste segregation and responsible resource management.

βœ… LAST BATCH OF BARANGAY VAWC DESK FUNCTIONALITY ASSESSMENT COMPLETED

The Cebu City Women and Family Affairs Commission successfully completed the final batch of the Barangay VAWC Desk Functionality Assessment with Barangays Taptap, Tagba-o, and Tabunan.

With this, the assessment of all 80 barangays in Cebu City is now complete.

This activity helps ensure that every Barangay VAWC Desk is properly functioning and ready to provide assistance, protection, and support to women and children experiencing violence.

Daghang salamat sa tanang barangay officials and VAWC Desk Officers for their cooperation and commitment to building safer communities for women and children. πŸ’œ
