LOST. FOUND. RETURNED.

The wallet was lost but has found its way back to its rightful owner today!

Mr. Edlen Jabadan, one of our Streetsweepers, at around 1:30 p.m. this afternoon, while sweeping at his assigned area, found a Black Leather Wallet at V. Rama Ave near Palawan Pawnshop. He immediately informed his Division Head, Ms Agnes Guitguiten and turned-over the item to her. After searching the wallet, the Owner, Mr. Mark Ray Estremos, was called and adviced to come to our Office to claim the item. After confirmations were done, together with our Acting Department Head - Mr. John Paul Gelasque and Supervisors, at about 3:00 pm this afternoon, the wallet was returned to the owner, Mr. Estremos.

Finding a lost wallet is chance; returning it is a choice. Thank you Edlen for choosing honesty, integrity and kindness. May we always choose these values even when no one is watching.

STOLEN. FOUND. RETURNED.

The wallet was stolen but has found its way back to its rightful owner today!

Ms. Evangeline Granada, one of our Streetsweepers, at 5:40 a.m. this morning, while sweeping at her assigned area, found a PINK WALLET lying at Manalili Street beside SHAMROCK, Cebu City. She immediately informed her Division Head, and turned-over the item to her. After searching for ways to contact and call the owner, Ms. Britesamie A. Quibedo from Barangay Quiot, Cebu City, was adviced to come to our Office to claim her wallet. Upon our query, Ms. Quibedo narrated that the pink wallet was inside her bag which was stolen at Jollibee Ayala Cebu. She added that while she was claiming her food, she left her bag in the table confident that no one would get it because it was very near the claiming station. But when she returned her bag was gone. She then posted in Fb that her bag was stolen. After confirmations being done, in behalf of our Acting Department Head Mr. John Paul Gelasque who was on a Field Inspection, together with Ms. Granada, Mr. Jeffrey M. Navarro, Acting General Foreman, Streetcleaning Division, and Ms. Agnes Sheila Guitguiten, Division Head, at 9:20 am this morning, the wallet was returned to the owner, Ms. Quibedo.

A lost wallet was returned. Honesty costs nothing but its impact lasts a lifetime. May we always choose integrity, even when no one is watching.

Another lost BAG has found its way back to its rightful owner today!

Ms. Marie Fe Jata-as, one of our Streetsweepers, around 6-7 am this morning, while sweeping at her assigned area, found a Flesh-colored bag lying in the middle of S. Osmeña Cor. V Gullas St., Cebu City. She immediately called her Division Head, Ms. Agnes Sheila Guitguiten and Foreman, Mr. Emmanuel Abulencia, and turned-over the item to them. After searching for ways to contact/call, the owner, Ms. Niña B. Geraldez from Pangdan, Naga, was told to come to our Office to claim the bag. Upon our query, Ms. Geraldez narrated that while riding in a motorcycle going to Lapu-lapu City to work, she was unaware that her bag fell down. Confirmations being done, in behalf of our Acting Department Head John Paul Gelasque who was on a Field Inspection, together with Ms. Jata-as and her Supervisors, at 9 am this morning, the lost bag was returned to the owner, Ms. Geraldez.
