WHAT: SSS on Wheels Program (One-stop shop activity and orientation
WHEN: September 07, 2022 starts at 01:00 pm till 03:00 pm
WHERE: Busay Barangay Hall, Nivel Hills Busay Cebu City
All of your SSS concerns and questions will be cater by the SSS personnel that will be visit us on the said schedule.
They will also conduct the following services;

NO SSS #/ E1
requirements: Birth Certificate

EU- Updating Status/ Add Dependent
Requirements: Birth Cert (Children), Marriage Cert and 2 valid IDs

Verify:
Requirement: 2 Valid ID's

They will also cater some services that will satisfy your needs for all of your SSS Concern. Please see attached photo for information.

Sa liget og Kapon anhe ra sa brgy hall. For dogs only walay iring kay Iro ang priority karon sa taga DVMF.

ANG LIGET WALAY BAYAD. ANG KAPON NAAY BAYAD 200 SA OPERATION AND 300 SA ANESTHESIA SO TOTAL OF 500 PER DOG.

📌ATTACHED PHOTOS BELOW ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS FROM THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES AND ALSO THE DATES OF LINE UP SUBMISSION (APRIL18-20, 2022) and TEAM CAPTAIN'S MEETING (APRIL 24, 2022)

🏀Please look for the Barangay Secretary at Busay Barangay Hall from 9 AM to 4 PM to submit your list of players & ID's🏐

🏀Proceed to the Sangguniang Kabataan - Busay office (2nd floor, Busay Barangay hall) at 3 PM for the Team Captain's Meeting.🏐

✅Note: If the Team Captain is not present during the meeting, the team is automatically disqualified.
