Sa ilalim ng Duterte Tax Plan:

- lalagyan ng P6 per liter excise tax ang diesel, kerosene, at LPG;
- itataas sa P10 per liter ang tax na ipinapataw sa leaded at unleaded premium gasoline;
- tatanggalan ng VAT exemption ang mga senior citizens at persons with disabilities.
